I'm visiting friends and decided to have some fun in their pool for you! First I do some comfy warm up breath holds wearing my oval mask and floating at the top of the pool. Then I put on my weights and move on to some longer ones at the bottom. I love the way my eyes look in my mask and wanted to add the challenge of filling it with water and purging it, all while staying submerged.
