Join me for some more relaxing breath hold training! This time with a new pov. I lie down naked and warm up with some quick empty lung stretches and FRC (functional residual capacity) breath holds. Then I put on my favorite black dive mask and do a series of longer breath holds, nearing three minutes at the end. It's really hot in here and my mask starts to fog a bit as my face starts sweating, but it feels kinda nice and adds a little sensory deprivation in the mix. Can you keep up or go even longer?
